Q: How long does it take for my coffee to be shipped?
A: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your order. Many of our coffees are freshly roasted upon receiving your order, which accounts for this time frame.
Q: What if I choose next-day or expedited shipping?
A: Even with expedited options, the shipping countdown begins once your coffee is ready to ship, not from the day you place your order. If you select next-day delivery, it will be the day after your coffee is available.
Q: Will I get tracking information for my order?
A: Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your coffee's journey to your doorstep.
Q: How does the processing time affect my expedited shipping choice?
A: For expedited shipping like next-day or two-day delivery, remember that this is calculated from when the coffee is ready to ship. For example, if your coffee takes 5 days to roast and package, next-day delivery would be the sixth day after you ordered.
Q: Are there ever exceptions to the shipping times?
A: Occasionally, due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, processing might take a bit longer than the standard 5-7 days. We'll try to communicate any such delays directly to you.
Q: Why does it take so long for some coffees to be shipped?
A: We roast many of our coffee varieties fresh upon order to ensure you receive the best flavor and aroma. This roasting process contributes to our processing time.

A: While we can't speed up the roasting process for quality reasons, selecting a faster shipping method once your coffee is ready will expedite the delivery time after processing.
